Processing time
Prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment has cleared.
During busy periods such as bank holidays dispatch may take slightly longer. We will do our best to keep customers updated.
Delivery
Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, bank holidays, weather conditions, high-volume periods or missed delivery attempts.
Couriers
We use different couriers depending on the size and weight of the parcel.
Smaller parcels may be sent with Royal Mail. Larger or heavier parcels may be sent with DHL or another suitable courier.
Packaging
Selenite is a delicate natural material, so each order is packed carefully before dispatch.
Items are protected using bubble wrap, protective packaging and strong cardboard packaging where needed. Natural selenite can have small surface marks, colour variation or texture differences, but every order is checked and packed with care before leaving us.
Tracking and missed deliveries
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided after dispatch.
A courier may leave a parcel with a neighbour, in a safe place or at a local collection point. If several delivery attempts have been made, collection from a courier depot may be required and proof of identity may be needed.
Damaged or faulty items
Contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged or faulty.

Please include the order number and clear photos of the item, outer packaging, inner packaging and delivery label. This helps us review the issue quickly.
Incorrect delivery details
Please make sure the delivery address is correct before placing an order. If an incorrect address is entered at checkout, it may delivery may be delayed, or the parcel may be returned to us.
